WAYS TO HELP

 Volunteer

We appreciate volunteers who give of their time, spirit, and kindness.

Volunteer opportunities include leading activities, helping clients get to local church services, and remembering clients at holiday time.
To learn more about volunteer opportunities, contact Jenn White, Director of Organizational Development, at 563-422-5606, extension 143.

Donate

Clothing & Household Supplies

Donations of clothing are always welcome. Many of the people we provide services to have lost their possessions when they come to us. We also assist people to set up more independent living and they occasionally need household supplies. Donations may be delivered to our office location.

Monetary

Monetary donations are also welcomed. As a not-for-profit organization, we are able to provide you with receipts for your financial or other donation(s) for tax reporting purposes. Monetary donations may be mailed or made in-person during normal business hours to the Fayette campus or New Hampton office.

Educate

One in 5 Americans will experience Mental Illness. Inspiring Lives takes initiative in reducing the stigma around conversations regarding mental health. Learn how to react to others struggling with mental health issues by visiting NAMI Iowa or Make It OK. Inspiring Lives also provides short informational presentations on mental health through the Make It OK campaign. Contact Jenn White, Director of Organizational Development, at 563-422-5606 extension 143 to find out more.
