Life Skills Coach (LSC)
Our Life Skills Coaches (LSC’s) provide support to clients living in their own homes. By delivering individualized services through instruction, guidance, and example, you’ll help clients learn real-world skills that help them effectively manage their mental health, medications, living environments, and leisure-time activities. Transitional Life Skills Coach (TC)
Service Coordinator
The Service Coordinator provides oversight, leadership, and accountability to both staff and clients. Service Coordinators assist clientele through their personalized and active programming, overseeing the delivery of mental health support and services. Supervisory roles include assisting with staff scheduling, reviewing documentation, submitting timely and accurate reports, etc. Current Service Coordinator opening is located in New Hampton.
