We are a private, non-profit organization providing an array of mental health services for Northeast Iowa. Inspiring Lives offers mental health services to individuals living in the community. Residential home services include staff support a few hours per week up to 24-hour assistance for those learning to live independently.
INSPIRING OUR COMMUNITY
Community Need
Community mental health needs are increasing and Inspiring Lives strives to meet the demand. We consult with community members, law enforcement and other providers to identify those needs.
Community Collaboration
Inspiring Lives participates in county coalitions and community groups whose purposes revolve around building healthier communities. We dedicate time to leading, promoting and educating on healthy community initiatives.
Community Education
We are devoted to ending mental illness stigma. Make It Ok is Iowa’s campaign to educate the public on mental illness. Inspiring Lives is a registered Make It OK site and our staff provide informational presentations to the public.
